Yes. If a travel ban is placed between your departure location and the Cancun, Mexico, we will cancel your reservation with 2 years to rebook your stay (dependent upon availability and your rebooking will need to be within the same original season of booking). If a person in your party has been diagnosed with Covid-19, and documentation of such is provided to us, we extend the same 2 year rebooking policy as written above.

80% refund (of the 50% deposit) if cancelled 95 days prior to arrival. No refund for holiday weeks.
